Refund Policy for Kalamalka Classic
No Refunds – here is the ‘why’ behind our policy
Like most large sporting events, the Kalamalka Classic requires an extensive amount of planning and pre-event expenses that include proper permitting, course control, and the purchase of food and beverages, shirts, and race awards.

All entries are non-refundable and non-deferrable under any circumstances.  Unusually hot, cool and other factors may cause adjustments to the event schedule but unless these factors are deemed unsafe for participants, the event will proceed with careful direction of our race organizers.
